- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes, there's no monthly fee. Customers pay online when they book: your price, plus a small TreatHour service charge (10%) on top. You keep 100% of your price: no commission, no card fees. Your listing, online bookings and QR code stay free.
- What do my customers pay, and what do I get?
- Your price plus TreatHour's 10% service charge, shown to them before they pay. On a ₦20,000 service the customer pays ₦22,000 and you get the full ₦20,000, sent to your bank after the appointment. TreatHour pays the card fees out of its service charge. Paid plans are a separate monthly subscription.
- Do I need a card for the free trial?
- No. Start the trial from your dashboard and use everything in the plan straight away. When it ends you go back to Free, unless you choose to keep the plan.
- How do I pay?
- Monthly by debit or credit card through Paystack, Nigeria's trusted payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
- Can I cancel or change plans?
- Any time, from Plan & billing in your dashboard. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. Moving to a bigger plan: we charge your saved card the difference for this month and it starts straight away (if the card can't be charged, you can pay for the new plan in full instead, which starts a new month and ends the old plan without a refund).
- What happens to my website if I move back to Free?
- Your settings are saved and your marketplace listing keeps taking bookings. Your website address points customers to your TreatHour profile until you upgrade again.
