Team members and dashboard logins
Add your team so customers can book them, and give managers and staff their own dashboard login.

Team tools are on the Business and Premium plans. Only the owner manages the team, under Team.
Adding a team member
Press Add team member: their name and title, which services they do, their working hours, a photo, and whether they're shown on your website. Customers can then book a particular person, or anyone available. Your plan sets how many team members you can have (the page shows how many you've used).
Giving someone a dashboard login
Use Invite someone and choose a role:
- Staff: sees only their own appointments and calendar (and the walk-in queue).
- Manager: can do everything except billing and managing the team.
We email the invite, and you can also copy the link or share it on WhatsApp. The link works for 7 days, and only for the email you invited.
Payouts, Plan & billing and Team always stay with the owner.
