Deposits and paying the balance
Some businesses ask for a deposit when you book. Here's what you pay now, what's left, and how to pay the rest.

Each business chooses how customers pay: the full price when booking, or a deposit now and the rest later. The booking page shows which before you pay.
What you pay now, and later
- Pay now = the deposit + the full TreatHour service charge.
- Balance later = the rest of the business's price only. There's no second service charge on the balance.
Example: a ₦20,000 service with a 30% deposit. Pay now ₦8,000 (₦6,000 deposit + ₦2,000 service charge), balance later ₦14,000.
Paying the balance
- Online: press Pay balance on your booking (in My bookings, or on your booking page from your text or email). We also send you the link once the business accepts.
- At the venue: pay the business by cash or transfer. They mark it as Balance received in their dashboard, and your booking shows it as settled.
