Joining a walk-in queue
Already at the shop? Scan the queue QR code, get a ticket, and we'll tell you when it's your turn.

Some shops use TreatHour's walk-in queue: instead of booking a time, you join the line and see who's next, with no arguments about who came first.
Joining
- In the shop, scan the Scan to join the queue QR code (on the poster or the shop's screen).
- Choose your service and Next available, or a particular team member if you'd rather wait for them.
- Give your name and phone number, and choose text message or email for updates.
- Pay the TreatHour service charge to join (10% of the service's price, at least ₦100). You pay the shop for the service itself at the end. If the final price is higher than when you joined and you pay online, the service charge is also added on the difference.
- You get a ticket like A012, with your place and an estimated wait.
Keep the ticket page open, or wait for our message: we tell you when you're next and when it's your turn (and who to go to).
At the end
Pay the shop the way they offer: online with the link they send, or by cash, transfer or POS. If you joined yourself, you can rate your visit on your ticket afterwards.
- Can I leave the queue?
- Yes, press Leave the queue on your ticket. TreatHour's service charge isn't refunded if you leave the queue, are skipped or removed, don't come when you're called, or the queue closes before your turn.
- Why can't I join from home?
- Most shops only let people join with the code in the shop. If the page says "Scan the code in the shop to join", you'll need to be there.
