Leaving a review
Rate your visit after your appointment, and what to do about a review that breaks the rules.
Updated 14 October 2026
Reviews on TreatHour come only from real customers: you can review a business once your appointment is completed. Each review shows as a Verified booking.
How to leave one
- Signed in: My bookings → Past, then the review box for that business.
- Booked as a guest: open your booking link. You'll see "How was your visit?"
- In the app: open the booking. You'll see "How was your visit?" there too.
- We may also send you a reminder a few days after your visit.
Give 1 to 5 stars and, if you like, a few words (up to 1,000 characters). There's one review per booking. Appointments the business added itself (for example a phone booking) can't be reviewed.
Replies and changes
Businesses can reply to reviews, and we tell you when they do. You can't edit or remove a review yourself yet: contact us and we'll help.
A review that breaks the rules
Reviews mustn't be fake, abusive, about a different business, or share someone's personal details. Businesses can report a review to TreatHour from their dashboard, and our team checks every report and hides reviews that break the rules. Customers: contact us with the business's name and what's wrong.
The full rules are in our Review guidelines.
